House vacation rentals in La Gaubretière

We had a great time at Marion's, who spoiled us! The place is beautiful, 5 minutes' walk from La Chabotterie, in a natural setting. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, and especially equipped with all the necessary accessories (toothbrushes, coffee, towels, shampoo and soap etc. Better than in many hotels) Marion is absolutely adorable, in short, we'll be happy to come back.

Communication with Estelle was excellent from start to finish. She was a perfect host, always willing to help when asked but otherwise discreet. Her family were also very helpful. The gite is just as described, perfectly clean and presented. The kitchen is a little tricky to get used to in a corner under the stairs but everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. On the very hot nights air conditioning would have been welcome though there are good fans. Near to to shopping and so many places to visit in the locality. The roads are very quiet for walking and cycling. The outdoor areas are private, absolutely peaceful, the only sounds are the breeze and birds.

We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

An incredible stay at Guilain's in a sublime house completely redone. We were there as a family to celebrate a PACS and we fully enjoyed the moment and the beautiful environment of the house! In addition, the host is super friendly and responsive! Recommended 100%!

An exceptional family stay at Baptistin's cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both children and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxing on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! Very nice house with history with great spaces and beautiful height of ceilings. The decoration is of very good taste giving a family spirit. The heat from the stove in the dining room was very nice. It quickly felt like home.

We opted for Pierre's accommodation as part of our stay in Puy du Fou (15-20 min from the accommodation) and were not disappointed. Very good location, quiet in a small hamlet, we had a lovely stay. If you're visiting Vendée, don't hesitate!

I made the reservation for my husband and his friends to enjoy a nearby festival. Patrice was a very friendly, welcoming and always available host. The space was spotless and matched the photos. We were able to enjoy a gas barbecue on the terrace. I recommend a short stop at Patrice's, if you're in the area.

Atypical accommodation with a little "vintage" side that is quite charming. The place is peaceful, especially thanks to the river that allows you to refresh yourself pleasantly and the ruins of the Château de Tiffauges, the visit of which is not to be missed! The owners of the premises are very welcoming and do their utmost to make the stay as pleasant as possible. (Thank you again for taking care of our dog during the Puy du Fou visit!). Note that the area is ideal for history and nature lovers. 🤩
