In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Accommodation between river, cliff and castle!

The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

House full of charm and friendliness close to Puy-du Fou and Hellfest. This is my primary residence, completely renovated by my family last year before my transfer! It has 3 bedrooms, a closed courtyard often uncut, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There's a Senseo coffee maker. No shutters, occupant curtains. Close to the basilica, for grand awakenings (at the time of mass).

Come and stay in a quiet, charming house; tastefully restored; pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter with its wood burning stove. Up to 5 people. The enclosed 300 m² garden is surrounded by authentic stone walls, so children and pets are safe. The garden has a deckchair area; a sunny terrace and a second terrace in the shade. Leaflets are available on places to discover and good recommendations.

Completely refurbished, the cottage can accommodate two people and a toddler.
