Ce studio récent de 30 m² est composé d’une pièce de vie-cuisine (frigo, plaque cuisson, micro-ondes) et d’1 salle d’eau (douche, toilettes). La baie vitrée apporte une belle luminosité et un accès direct à un petit patio ombragé. La mezzanine (bas de plafond, attention la tête) comporte un lit double et un lit simple. Attenant à notre maison, ce studio a néanmoins son entrée indépendante. Nous sommes situés à 35 minutes du Puy-du-Fou, 1h des plages et 1h de Nantes. (studio non fumeur svp)

This spacious and bright contemporary house located at the end of a cul-de-sac will be the ideal place to meet with family or friends. The single-story house is built around the enclosed garden and the swimming pool, which is open in the summer season (between mid-May and the end of September depending on weather conditions), giving the whole a zen atmosphere. The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

Friendly house close to Puy du Fou!

House full of charm and friendliness close to Puy-du Fou and Hellfest. This is my primary residence, completely renovated by my family last year before my transfer! It has 3 bedrooms, a closed courtyard often uncut, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There's a Senseo coffee maker. No shutters, occupant curtains. Close to the basilica, for grand awakenings (at the time of mass).

Take a break and unwind at this peacefully charming detached cottage in private grounds with picturesque views. The gite is full of charm with character wooden beams and stone walls. Refreshingly cool in hot summer months and warm and cosy in cooler months. Outside boasts its own private pool (May till September, please request outside of these dates. Price will differ), bbq and dining area.

Welcome to Petit Logis! Enjoy this comfortable and intimate setting in the center of La Châtaigneraie and 30 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. The entrance is private and the garden is independent. Our accommodation is 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, and 20 minutes from Marais Poitevin. An ideal place to stop and travel the region!
