Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Gaubretière

We had a pleasant stay. The house and the environment are very friendly! Communication with Caroline was perfect, she is attentive, gives good advice and is very pleasant. It is a place that is sufficient for a few days of rest or vacation, we would have stayed a few more days:)

Very nice house with history with great spaces and beautiful height of ceilings. The decoration is of very good taste giving a family spirit. The heat from the stove in the dining room was very nice. It quickly felt like home.

David is a superb host! We felt like at home in his house. It was just wonderful there. David is very child-friendly, which was good for us with our children. The pool was loved. The furnishings of the house were excellent. Everything is available in the kitchen, even a gas grill is on site. We just had two heavenly weeks in the middle of the vineyards.

Excellent little stay (2 nights). A superb farmhouse furnished with a lot of taste, in the middle of nature where everything is designed for adults and children. Beautiful discovery.

Coming for a stay at Le Puy du Fou, we had a great stay at Nathalie's, our host was away but was very available at each exchange, a very pretty and clean house in a zen and quiet country setting, our expectations were met. We'll probably go back. Laure Chloé and Cristophe.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very pleasant to stay in. Self check-in via the lockbox is very convenient, and Miguel provides a clear and thoughtful guide, with all the necessary instructions as well as good recommendations. The little cat "Bidule" is adorable, discreet and absolutely not disturbing.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

central accommodation in a lively neighborhood. near the castle, train station 1 tram stop from the train station. the only "defect" is lack of brightness. small terrace

Philippe's place is exactly as described. Easy access on a small quiet street. Nice decoration throughout the apartment. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and a large TV, top-notch fiber Internet connection. Well-equipped kitchen area. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Note electric roller shutters in the bedroom and living room. Clean and functional shower room. The small terrace at the back is lovely. Just 50 m from the apartment, a small very nice square with one of the best baker pastry chefs in Nantes (closed on Wednesdays). In the morning, you just have to open the apartment window to smell the delicious smells of the bakery. Go there without a second thought, everything is delicious, including fresh sandwiches. The pastry is excellent. It was hot during my stay but Philippe's accommodation keeps it cool, very nice.

We had a very pleasant stay in a castle-like setting, with extremely friendly and humorous hosts. Thank you again for your warm welcome, we will keep a great memory of our time in your beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's. The apartment is great! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, close to the tram, bike station, bus and lots of things can be done on foot. Close to supermarkets (crossroads and biocoop). For a long stay it's great😊.

We had a lovely stay. We had come to spend New Year's Day with our friends and sincerely felt at home. There was everything we needed to cook, we enjoyed the very comfortable accommodation. Everything was great. The house is a little in its juice but we love it … a hidden as we love, a family home and it's nice! Thank you again for hosting us, we'll be happy to come back.

Wonderful villa in a fabulous, rural location. Amenities in the villa were great. Everything provided from equipment, bbq, pots and pans. Spot on. Outside pool area was amazing, lovely heated pool, sun loungers, table and chairs for outside dining. Games, table tennis, badminton, football, bikes. Highly recommend this villa, ideal for family gatherings or 2/3 groups of friends. We look forward to a return visit to this terrific villa in the Vendee region.

A wonderful weekend to spend in the cottage. The accommodation is perfect, everything is there to make a great pool, a spa to relax, all the necessary amenities for relaxation, we were very well looked after by our hosts, great communication and great responsiveness. We felt right at home, a real plus. I would recommend this place without a second thought and would come back if the opportunity arose.

Had a great stay in Cholet. The home was beautiful and as described. The swimming pool was large, clean and will kept. A lovely family holiday and thank you for hosting us.

Eve was a fantastic host and reacted very flexibly to a mistake I made in the reservation. The house is just as seen in the photos, very clean and with a lot of equipment. Everything is tastefully laid out. There are games for the kids. The hosts are very helpful and kind and respond to all needs. This house is well worth it

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!
