The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

45 m2 accommodation includes a living room/kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. One cabin bedroom with a 80 x 180 bunk bed. Linens and sheets included. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

Nice studio, heated pool and terrace

Nice studio located in La Flotte en Ré in a tourist residence with heated pool (from late May to late September) Original with its mezzanine bed (140 x 190), it has a second sofa bed (140 x 200) and can therefore accommodate 3/4 people. Very bright and with a nice ceiling height, it is on the 1st and top floor. It has an equipped kitchen. The bathroom (shower) and toilet are separate. It has a small private south-facing terrace, with garden furniture.

Martinaise – Charming apartment with sea view

This charming apartment with exposed stone, recently renovated, offers stunning ocean views from the main room and bedroom. Ideally located at the entrance to Saint-Martin, you are close to all amenities and restaurants, while enjoying the calm. From this accommodation, located on the second and top floor of the residence, you have stunning sunset views and views of the fortifications of Saint-Martin. It will be ideal for your getaway to the Île de Ré.

La Petite Cabine is waiting for you!

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. We don't have private parking but free spaces are just across from your rental even in the heart of summer. Linens not provided - rental possible Pets not allowed
