Small cozy cottage in the countryside, with views of the mountains, 5 minutes from the lake and 20 minutes from the ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand Bornand). 15 minutes from Annecy and surrounded by nature, this small Savoyard cottage will charm you. At the foot of the mountains, access to hiking trails, bike tour nearby. Bus stop within walking distance. Located in the owners' garden, a small private outdoor area is at your disposal with barbecue. Access to heated pool from May to September.

A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.

Ideal for a couple with a child (or two). For sports enthusiasts, the Via Rhôna is a few meters walk away.
