Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

Cozy atmosphere guaranteed thanks to the wood-effect electric stove, all the charm of a fireplace without constraint and safe! Authentic Savoyard decor, quiet, hiking and skiing (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand): an ideal stay to unwind in summer and winter.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.

The "P'tit Chalet de la Fressine", little brother of the "Chalet de la Fressine" welcomes you between Lake and Mountains, in a green setting, quiet and close to Annecy and its lake, the Aravis resorts, for a relaxing stay, between relaxation and discoveries. This lovely chalet style house which sleeps 7 is ideally located in Lescheraines, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges regional park. There are 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, 1 shower room and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dish washer.

Thought, realized and arranged with care by the hosts who will be delighted to welcome you and to make you discover their beautiful region. Three other dwellings are available in the residence (L'Appart, L'Etage and Le Studio)
