Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Ideally located between Lake (Annecy / Léman) and mountains, you will appreciate the tranquility and the beauty of the mountain landscapes.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

VENEZCHEZVOUS offers the luxurious Chalet LE VILLARET with its sublime lake and mountain views. From every corner of the house you have an unobstructed view of Lake Annecy and a 180° view from the Jacuzzi. Breathtaking! The design is refined and the bay window facade offers plenty of light. The house is equipped for the utmost comfort of vacationers. The chalet is conveniently located 15 min from Annecy and 1 km from the beach and shops.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.

The "P'tit Chalet de la Fressine", little brother of the "Chalet de la Fressine" welcomes you between Lake and Mountains, in a green setting, quiet and close to Annecy and its lake, the Aravis resorts, for a relaxing stay, between relaxation and discoveries. The environment is ideal for hikers and/or cyclists! We're here to help with local tips for walks, hikes, shops... Welcome!
