A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Ideally located between Lake (Annecy / Léman) and mountains, you will appreciate the tranquility and the beauty of the mountain landscapes.

You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Quiet and simple holidays in this unusual accommodation with authentic charm, with a view of the Belledonne range (Clochers des Pères – Pic du Frêne) near our house on the heights of the municipality of Saint-Martin-sur-la-Chambre at the crossroads of the municipalities of Montaimont and Saint-François-Longchamp, very quiet area. This cottage is located in a private forest.

Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

Calm, fresh air, forest and starry sky await you for a wellness break in the mountains.

From every corner of the house you have an unobstructed view of Lake Annecy and a 180° view from the Jacuzzi. Breathtaking! The design is refined and the bay window facade offers plenty of light. The house is equipped for the utmost comfort of vacationers. The chalet is conveniently located 15 min from Annecy and 1 km from the beach and shops.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.
