Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Estrella

No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre los anfitriones: muy buena comunicación, amables, y manejaron cualquier inconveniente con integridad, honestidad y mucha calidez. El lugar es tal como se ve en las fotos, aunque un poco pequeño. Si necesitas cocina, no lo recomendaría. Pero el edificio es excelente, el anfitrión también, y el espacio se siente tal como se muestra. Lo recomiendo mucho. 🙏🤍

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Excellent place to stay good location and the host was very good

Amazing place and Amazing host. We had an issue with another Airbnb and needed a place to stay same day, and this was more then we could have hoped for. The entire place is so new we felt like we were the first guest staying here. Probably one of the best Airbnb's we stayed in all of Colombia. Instant and continuous hot water, even in kitchen sink. There' a washer and dryer which was a first for us in Colombia because everywhere is hang dry. The windows in the living room and bedroom slide open fully to expose the entire wall and the view is amazing because there are no other tall building around so clear views everywhere. The windows are noise reducing and being on the 16th floor, you don't hear any street noise. 50 inch /127cm smart TV with Netflix in the main bedroom and living room. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook, blend, shred, etc. Not a single complaint. Just book it!

I recommend Claudia’s place for it’s comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very good location, close to most attractions and in a very safe neighborhood. Claudia is very proactive and easy to reach. As 3 women traveling alone we felt very comfortable and safe.

Fantastic place! Comfortable layout, great appliances, nice kitchen, and nice it is on the second floor. There was construction on the street which was noisy in the morning and created some congestion. But everything else was excellent!

This is my third or fourth time staying here. I have traveled to Medellín 40+ times over the last 10 years. This apartment is amazing and location so wonderful. The host is responsive and always helpful. The apartment is beautiful and easy to get to anything in town. You can walk to Viva, 5 min car ride to Santa Fe…10 min to Sabaneta…it’s just a great location!! Great restaurants within walking distance. I couldn’t recommend another place more and I’ve stayed in many. This is for sure one of the best apartments in town.

¡Increíble apto! Elizabeth fue una host súper amable y proactiva. Fue flexible con mi check-in y muy atenta durante mi estadía. El apartamento es hermoso e impecable.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con todos los detalles que uno necesita para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y muy fácil de moverse. Lo que más queremos destacar es la amabilidad y el servicio del host. Fue atento desde el primer momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. 100% recomendado. Sin duda, volveríamos.

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

Was decent and quiet, security and other amenities were good

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!
