I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and not far from Santa Fe. Host were nice and helpful if I had any questions . Overall will stay again in the future. Loved the beautiful on the balcony as well

This place was a gem! Nathalia and her team were incredibly responsive—communication was fast and smooth. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy check-in and check-out. It was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, featuring Alexa, a stunning city view, a clean kitchenette, and a fully stocked bathroom. Laundry was conveniently located on the same floor and easy to use with the Speed Queen app—no cash needed. There’s also a small shop in the building with snacks and essentials. While it’s not a hotel, it’s kept very clean and feels just as nice. The location is perfect—great restaurants, stores, and everything you need within 5–15 minutes. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Medellín!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just what we expected. It’s in a convenient location, easy to walk to nearby malls and shops. We had no trouble getting Ubers; drivers found the address quickly and without issues. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great view and beautiful place to stay!

Excellent place to stay, the building is like a hotel, it has a cafeteria, by the way the coffee is excellent, a store to buy basic things, a gym and 24-hour reception with security. The room is very comfortable, clean with everything you need to be comfortable. The surroundings are not for going for a walk with bars or cafes, but, taking Uber, which is very cheap, you are a few minutes from all the places. Walking you can find the Santa Fe shopping mall that has a supermarket and good shops. I recommend this host! :)

Amazing place and Amazing host. We had an issue with another Airbnb and needed a place to stay same day, and this was more then we could have hoped for. The entire place is so new we felt like we were the first guest staying here. Probably one of the best Airbnb's we stayed in all of Colombia. Instant and continuous hot water, even in kitchen sink. There' a washer and dryer which was a first for us in Colombia because everywhere is hang dry. The windows in the living room and bedroom slide open fully to expose the entire wall and the view is amazing because there are no other tall building around so clear views everywhere. The windows are noise reducing and being on the 16th floor, you don't hear any street noise. 50 inch /127cm smart TV with Netflix in the main bedroom and living room. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook, blend, shred, etc. Not a single complaint. Just book it!

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

Beautiful apartment! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s actually bigger than it looks. Very comfortable all around, loved the showers and the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the view from the balcony and bedrooms was awesome.

It's an amazing place, we've enjoyed every corner of the property. The facilities exceed expectations; the house and common areas are in very good condition, everything is very tidy and impeccable. It has more than you need and, in addition, it is pet friendly🐶. Gustavo and his wife, the managers, are the most friendly and attentive people. I would definitely come back. PS: A good place to disconnect and breathe clean air.

House super clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, the view is beautiful and also I have to mention the delicious food! Great place to stay if you looking to stay in the poblado but in a more peaceful area away from the park chaos. Mateo is a great host and his recommendations are amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was sensational, my family and I felt very comfortable, a point in favor of Daniel who recommended very reliable and friendly transportation and tours. The house is in the middle of two restaurants, in front of a court and the surroundings are very commercial, you can find everything. The mattresses are comfortable, there were several very soft blankets, it has the necessary and mentioned kitchen items. I would totally come back

“One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at!” This place in Medellín truly felt like a hidden gem. The backyard was incredible—lush, peaceful, and felt like a piece of paradise right in the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything I needed, and I always felt completely safe. The space was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable.
