⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible experience in Sabaneta My stay at Juan's apartment was simply spectacular. From the moment I arrived, communication was excellent and check-in was very easy. The apartment is impeccable, modern and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location in Sabaneta is perfect: a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to everything. In addition, the view from the balcony is beautiful, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Medellín and its surroundings. Juan was an exceptional host, always attentive to any questions and willing to make my stay perfect. I will definitely be back and recommend it 100%. Thanks for everything, Juan!

Great place and a very safe place

Thanks Leonely for a lovely stay - the apartment was a peaceful place to spend time, it was clean and well maintained, as well as having three very spacious bedrooms. The location Belen is very peaceful and near shops. It's very easy to get to other parts of Medellin for sight-seeing or other activities. We did Guatape on one day - this took about 2 hours to drive to. Poblado is about 15 minutes away by taxi, and Comuna Trece was about 20 minutes away. All places I would recommend to go. Overall, the apartment was great - had a lovely view in the mornings and I would highly recommend staying there.

Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

The apartment is very well furnished. It had an extra for everything. Everything was clean and Lucia was as shown in the photos. Mr. Alejandro was very kind in general. The only thing is that the guards asked a lot about your stay and made you feel uncomfortable, but overall everything was excellent.

I really enjoyed living long-term in this area so much that I decided to extend my stay. Sebastián is a quality person and an excellent host.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. There were a few issues on this visit but all the issues were corrected Melissa is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. I absolutely loved my stay here! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the accessibility of the place made everything so convenient. Carlos, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The spacious kitchen was a highlight for me, equipped with all the essentials. Plus, the location is fantastic! Smartfit gym is just a 3-minute walk away, along with great breakfast spots and a pharmacy nearby. Getting around was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

The apartment was great 👍 but the cleanliness was not on point, to get to town you need to take a taxi 🚕, there corner store is great has a lot, the noise level in the morning is high. Make sure you read the book guid the pool rules are strict, we had a great time, already planning for next year thank you 🙏

Excellent place with elevator and nice pool close to all and security 24/7

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our host Laura provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home thank you Laura .

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect
