On the 1st floor of a small, quiet residence, with a huge 25 x 10 m fenced pool for the exclusive use of residents, in the center of the village of Croix-Valmer. Completely refurbished in 2024, it consists of a large living/dining room, two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, large entrance with guest toilet.
