What a wonderful place in the best part of Île de Ré. We had such excellent hosts, Anne Kathrine and Remy. Special mention to Maya, their beautiful and friendly dog, her daily greetings were so welcoming. We leave with lovely memories of a great revisit to the island after 32 years! A very nice apartment overlooking the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The property is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and downtown La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The property is also within walking distance of the train station.

A small apartment where all the comforts are present (very clean and well appointed), very well located in the center of ST Martin. We did everything by foot from the accommodation. Very friendly welcome from Sylvia who had given us very clear instructions to find the place and park. We have great memories of this short stay at Sylvia's. We will be happy to return.

Everything was perfect. Sylvie is very kind with a very warm welcome. For your information, brioche, juice, tea or infusion, coffee, sugar are available, convenient for the 1st day. We'll be happy to go back.

Very good stay, the apartment was clean, with the essentials on our arrival, well arranged and very nice. It is close to the beach and shops. During this period (May) the neighborhood remains relatively quiet. The terrace is not overlooked and well oriented, the residence's swimming pool is heated and the bike storage is appreciated. Our exchanges with Alice and Salima were very pleasant and efficient, thank you so much! A good address to remember.

Had a lovely stay at Géraldine’s. Comfortable and clean home with everything you could need. Location quiet but within short walking distance to supermarket and pretty square with a boulangerie and couple of restaurants as well as the tourist office. Having the bikes to use as and when was a huge bonus - we enjoyed our cycle to other villages. In the evening hearing the swifts swooping by whilst sitting in the courtyard was very relaxing. No hesitation to recommend.

A house with great taste and charm, spacious and very functional. Close to all amenities: city center 3 min away with great shops and restaurants. Very friendly and responsive exchanges with Kevin our host. I recommend Kevin's accommodation, go there without a second thought, just want to go back very quickly. Thanks for hosting Kevin. Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is as described, nothing to report! The only downside: the top bunk beds squeak a lot when you move at night.

A peaceful place, remarkably well located both for going to the center and as a starting point for going to the beach / beautiful marsh. Functional equipment. Everything is there and operational. Pleasant terrace, you can get everywhere on foot and/or by bike. A beautiful place to discover or revisit the island

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Idyllic stay on the Île de Ré thanks to this impeccable and ideally located studio. Elisabeth is a thoughtful host who doesn't hesitate to give valuable tips and good advice. The studio is very well equipped and very clean. Ideally located on the port of Saint-Martin, we are however quiet even with the windows open, and its location makes it very easy to access the bike paths to explore the entire island. Thank you Elisabeth for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!!!!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Ingrid's apartment. It is located close to the port. Facing to the west, it is sunny at the end of the day . It has a parking space and bike storage in a secure residence (a big plus for a stay on Île de Ré where the interest is to get around by bike). It is well equipped and very clean. Bedding is good. Ingrid is friendly and available. Good location!
