Kid-friendly vacation rentals in La Convención Province

We would highly recommend staying with Sonia. We are a family with 2 kids (8&5) and we loved this place! Sonia is the sweetest and will make sure you’re taken care of at any time of the day. The homemade breakfast in the morning and a cup of tea in the afternoon were so welcome! Sonia also provides a wool/weaving demonstration as part of the stay at which was great and so educational! The kids especially loved the guinea pigs and the alpacas. Sonia is our new Peruvian aunt! We would definitely go back!

Peaceful, pleasant, a perfect place to stay in Peru. Carolina's place was probably the best AirBNB that we have ever stayed in. Not only was the house immaculate and super Peruvian but the house came with Marle. Marle is one of the most sweetest, helpful, and genuinely kind hostess. Her Lomo Saltado was phenomenal. I absolutely recommend this place!! My family and I enjoyed a trip of a lifetime with this beautiful place as our "home base". Ferninand was also super helpful for transportation. This AirBNB has it all!!!

Yuly and her girls were such amazing people. Yuly is the hardest-working woman I've ever met. She is so sweet and kind and very helpful. The home is beautiful and being able to see the bunnies and the alpacas every day was so wonderful. Also, the mountains surrounding the location are stunning 😍 Gustavo was an excellent host as well. This house is amazing – the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. You have everything you need for a perfect stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy furnishings that make it feel like home. One of the highlights is the outdoor jacuzzi – it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is also fantastic, with beautiful nature spots and charming local places just a short drive away / or public transportation. Highly recommend – I’d definitely come back!

The house is 3B. Good, beautiful and cheap. It's spacious and comfortable for large families. I recommend it 100%. Fanny is very friendly and helpful. To consider. -The house is quite tucked away in the village of Calca, I highly recommend arriving in a vehicle. Even more so if you have plans outside of Calca, for example in Urubamba, Maras, Moray, etc. (30-40min average distance). -If you're going by car, the parking lot is not freely accessible, you have to notify Fanny so she can open it for you. Although Fanny is super attentive and never took long to respond, it's not that easy to get in.

We enjoyed our stay here! Deyanira & Antonio were wonderful hosts. They were responsive and helped with all our questions and arranged transport to and from Cusco for our large group of 9. The place is very spacious and convenient with a bathroom in each room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We appreciated the warm bedding and hot showers. Location is excellent - near the town center with quite a few restaurants to explore and attractions although time did not permit for us to see the archaeological site. We were able to catch the train to Machu Picchu at the Ollantaytambo station - which is 5 mins by tuk tuk or 25 min walk. 10/10 recommended

Fantastic stay - Ada is a great host and the property itself is extremely clean and comfortable. Suitable for those seeking peace and quiet in a rural setting. Just a short 8 min walk to the nearer shop with a great range of groceries. Hiking possibilities nearby. Solid WiFi and hot shower. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in Urubamba, great amenities, we felt very comfortable. We received many tips from our host on what to do in the area, including a travel guide in English. Great base to explore the sacred valley!

Gorgeous views, awesome location. Can walk to cafes and restaurants. Top notch food around. We had debated Urubamba vs Ollantaytambo but so happy we picked Urubamba. Ollantay gets PACKED with tourists - it’s overwhelming. Urubamba felt live a super lovely local place. And a quick drive to all major sites in the area. Our host helped us organize taxis, and tours. We horse backed to the salt mines and it was way more fun then taking a taxi or bus.

Comfortable place in the heart of Urubamba! The surrounding streets are quite busy, but the apartment itself feels peaceful. Aderly makes sure you enjoy your stay. Great value for money! ⭐️

Great accommodation for visiting Machu Picchu. I recommend it to everyone

The apartment was perfect for us. The bed and furniture were comfortable, there was very hot water, the tub was a luxury, the view of the mountains was beautiful, and the apartment has lots of natural light. Aderly made sure that we had all the information we needed, recommended nearby restaurants, and even arranged a transfer to pick us up when we checked out. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but the kitchen was well stocked and had we wanted to, we would have easily been able to cook meals. It was also really nice to have a washing machine to use.

Fany was very helpful. I needed a place to stay in an emergency and this was the perfect temporary home. Everything was clean and worked great. I highly recommend Fany for your Peruvian host and home away from home. She was very kind.
