The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

We had a lovely weekend at Nat and Andre’s place. The view is beautiful. The area is lovely quiet and peaceful. We came with two cars and enough parking on the premise. The pool is great and heated. Communication was very easy, they are very reactive. The place offers a perfect mix between everybody having their own bedroom + toilette! And a nice common area. The outside is full with options to relax. Perfect for bigger groups or families who want to have a relaxed and peaceful time. Thank you

We are experienced "Airbnb users" and are still impressed with this enchanting accommodation. A small cottage, perfect for 2 people. Cozy, despite the size, enough storage space, very stylish - you can tell that someone really has a knack for interior design here. Very well maintained, a great bed and perfectly equipped kitchen. The garden, the pool, the terrace exceeded expectations - it is even more beautiful than in the pictures. So much love for detail and simply a dream - you can only feel comfortable here from the first second. Jérome is a great host who is always available, very friendly, open, helpful - just an extremely pleasant personality. Very quiet surroundings. We had a car, but supermarket and restaurant are also within walking distance. We are very happy to have been guests here, will definitely come back and can only say: unreserved recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!
