The shell: studio just steps from the sea.

New and very nice studio on the first floor of a new building, located 200m from the sea and 400m from the beach. It is equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, 2 very comfortable double sofa beds and a comfortable equipped veranda where you can eat. It has free parking and a very comfortable space with fountain on the covered veranda.
