Located between Geneva and Annecy (30 minutes away), the central position of the city of La Roche-sur-Foron offers the ideal place to discover Haute-Savoie and neighboring Switzerland between Lakes and Mountains.

We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property.
