Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Appartement Cosy et Lumineux !

Idéal pour vivre la vie parisienne le temps d'un week-end en couple ou en solo ! Très bien situé dans le 18ème arr : 15min à pied de Montmartre/10min de la Villette. Accès direct au centre de Paris (métro de Marx Dormoy) et direct du Stade de France (Bus 153) Le quartier, populaire et vivant, est rempli de bars et de restaurants sympas. Il s'agit de l'appartement dans lequel je vis, j'y suis très attachée. J'espère que vous l'apprécierez autant que moi ! Pas de TV mais chromecast et écran

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Choisissez ce charmant studio type suite d'hôtel de 35m2. Balcon aménagé et agréable vue sur jardin privatif, vous séjournez dans un environnement calme. Smart TV/Grande douche/Calme Pour info : Par cette location vous contribuez directement à financer des médicaments, de la nourriture ou des écoles à Madagascar. Cette location est alloué à cette démarche. Je ne met pas des frais ménage excessifs. Merci pour vos bons soins. Bon séjour !

Trés belle chambre de bonne toute équipé de 15 mètre carré (climatiseur,cuisine,douche,four,etc) Au sixième étage ( PAS D'ASCENCEUR )gardienne et alarme de sécurité dans la chambre. Petit balcon avec vue sur les toits de Paris ! En plein coeur du quartier Africain et populaire de Paris 18(super restaurants a proximité ) Trés animé le soir dans les rues ! Cependant, à partir de 19h règne un calme absolu dans la rue et le quartier. Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.
