Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. And that's what makes it special. 🏡✨ The house is located in the village where the Auvergne animal park is located. 25 min from Issoire, 40 min from Clermont-Ferrand, close to Sancy and Cézallier. 🏞️📍
