Vacation rentals with breakfast in La Bocca, Cannes

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

Very well equipped villa. Lovely welcome from the host we were delighted with their very generous welcome gifts. Location good - 5 mins from nearest supermarket and 10 mins to Cannes shops, bars, restaurants. 15 mins to the train station, beach and ports. The photos used to advertise the villa don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and outside space was more than adequate for 6 adults. We would love to return at some point in the future.

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location in the hills overlooking Cannes. Plenty of space to spread out and relax - very large open plan living/dining/kitchen space with French doors opening onto the poolside patio. 5 large bedrooms, 4 with en-suite and air con. 2 of the bedrooms have an additional single bed so can accommodate a large number of guests. Very clean, with modern bathrooms alongside more traditional rooms. Very well equipped kitchen with Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines, induction hob, large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Beauty and cleaning products provided. Overall, a really enjoyable stay that provided a good base to tour around the region.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's, everything was perfect A little extra for breakfast with the homemade jam, we enjoyed ourselves ☺️

We had a great time at Alain's place! The house is beautiful, quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, and in the middle of nature where we had the chance to see deer. We met Alain and his wife who are very welcoming, caring, and full of good advice. Thank you for this trip!

Gisèle is very welcoming and available , she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants ...😊 We only stayed one night but the experience was good!The laundry smelled good…and the beds are comfortable! Several nice terraces! To know that a studio for rent is also glued to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience ...

The apartment was clean and well organized, and with amazing terrace where we can enjoy beautiful view. The manager who took care of the apartment and was in contact was very kind, helpful and supportive.

The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos. Quiet area, large terrace, close to the airport, cars and buses. Hosts are kind, breakfast was a nice addition to the accommodation. Warm recommendations!

The house was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Angela mentioned she appreciates Japanese guests, who are known for being clean and respectful. I even suggested she visit Japan, and she happily told me it’s already her next holiday destination! Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This place was adorable and central to everything In town! Close to shops, restaurants, public transport. The host was also fantastic with great recommendations and everything you needed for a perfect beach day. She helped us get settled and checked in and was always available to answer any questions. Very nice accommodation and good location, it's uphill but not too much from the train station. There is absolutely everything you need in terms of equipment, and the terrace is a plus. Myriam is adorable and provides lots of little touches upon arrival. No heat problems thanks to the air conditioning. Perfect for a business trip. I recommend it.

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority — the space was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. Stephan was not only incredibly kind and welcoming but also impressively responsive. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I stayed with my family at Sensivilla guesthouse , great experience, spectacular panoramic view; we rested very well in the silence of nature , the rooms are very comfortable and well furnished . The kitchenette is also very useful for snacks or for consuming takeaway food. We ordered a pizza with a delivery with free delivery. Alessandra was very kind and helpful and welcomed us with a nice welcome aperitif. We will definitely be back highly recommended

Martine was so sweet. My mom and I felt right at home. She was an excellent host, and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our two night stay. Would recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a place near Cannes.

Our stay was terrific. Bibi was an amazing host and very proactive. Breakfast and the stunning view were an experience in themselves. The location is excellent for exploring the French Riviera. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!

This was our third stay at Philippe and Mireille's and we recommend Patio 53 100%. The garden, pool and the whole place are really beautiful. In addition Philippe and Mireille have very useful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. You can be sure to have a lovely stay in a soothing setting.
