Come and spend a pleasant stay in this 37m2 apartment located on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence with swimming pool, large terrace of 20m2. Pool open from the end of June/early July to early September, 5 min walk to the beach without having to cross the road (underground), 10/15 min walk from the village and the large supervised beach and the Bernerie sea water basin. Beach accessible all year round to dogs in Les Moutiers en Retz. Check-in is after 4 P.M. onwards.

Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas's went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decor, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The hot tub is a plus too. The proximity to sea is really nice. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

This was an outstanding place to stay ... very close to the medieval gates of Guérande, but easy to park outside. Everything in the house ideal and we were very comfortable. Added to which, this first weekend in June is the medieval festival and so there were decorations and displays and all the inhabitants - even our hosts! - in medieval dress. Monks and knights in armour roamed the streets, goats were there to be petted whilst joints of meat turned on the spit for our lunch or dinner. It was most exceptional luck that our booking coincided with the festival - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great stay at Cathy and Marco's! The place is beautiful, peaceful and perfect for nature lovers. Birdsong replaces the sound of cars, as few vehicles drive nearby. A true haven of peace! The hosts are warm, flexible and available. The house is full of charm and reflects the personality of its owners! Well-equipped, cooking there is a pleasure. The jacuzzi works well, is very clean and well appointed in a closable glass roof. The view adds to the SPA experience! The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant: covered table, sun loungers and ping pong are available. Our cat also enjoyed it a lot, and it was safe even outside! Thanks again for hosting us, and see you soon!

We had a great time in Pornic. The city is very beautiful, full of sightseeing, beautiful walks and good restaurants. We were very well looked after wherever we went. The house is very well located in a quiet and south-east facing location, so very bright. It is close to the center, the Thalasso and the beaches bordered by the Chemin des Douaniers. Small shops and markets are very close, so everything can be done on foot. We appreciated the small welcoming touches and the friendly and cordial exchanges with Sophie. Thanks again for a great stay.
