Passing through for the Pentecost weekend on the occasion of the great medieval festival of Andilly. We enjoyed Nathalie's accommodation with self check-in. Everything is there and a good shower, as well as good bedding is very appreciable after a long day of wandering. See you next time in the area.

Nice, cozy, small apartment, we liked everything, recommend for accommodation in Annecy. This apartment is suitable for 2 people. We were with 2 more children, it was cramped with the sofa in the living room disassembled. Check-in is convenient - through a keybox. The apartment is on the third floor under the roof, the staircase is narrow and steep. Despite the hot weather and lack of air conditioning, we were comfortable. The apartment is well ventilated if you open all the windows. There is a shopping mall nearby with Zara, H&M, a large supermarket. Close to the railway station, 10-15 minutes walk to the center. There is private parking and a dedicated parking space on the grounds near the house, it was very convenient for us.

Loved the design of the apartment. Great location from train station and close for walking to the adorable old town. The apartment is on a main street so a little loud when the windows are open but we are from a small town so many might not notice this. Fans helpful for the heat wave. The kitchen is wonderful. Great stay overall.

Beautiful central location and easy to walk to everything. Easy to walk to from train as well. We loved the views out the windows. If it’s hot out and windows are open it’s a bit noisy from city but we loved it.

the accommodation matched the description, tidy, clean and nice when we arrived. the accommodation offers good equipment for the kitchen, as well as bedding already present for the bed, as well as bath towels, which is very nice. the garage is large and secure in addition, all quite close to the lake. François is courteous and kind, he answered all our questions despite the fact that we did not see him in person, I recommend the accommodation!

Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and all the attention to make our short stay go smoothly. It was a small stop for a single night on the occasion of a wedding but given the location it would be perfect for a longer stay.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
