In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this apartment located on the third floor, has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. Very quiet due to the strategic location of the bedroom. 3rd Right SACROMONTE Located on the third floor. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Calle Sacristía de Sta. Escolástica. Very comfortable, it has a large living room with a dining area for four people. Fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron, and clothesline. In a separate room we find a good-sized bedroom and a quiet stay. From one of its large windows, we will have wonderful views of the Realejo. A bathroom with a shower tray and a window located in the suite in this bedroom. The bed is 150x200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a 140x200 meter sofa bed. It also has a comfortable 90x200 meter folding bed that can be put in the living room or bedroom, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restricted access by security code, and smart TV. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. He grew a devotion so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated, that to any person who prayed to the Christ of the Favors an Lord's Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been preserved entirely in its original state, the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is private, using access codes. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. DESCRIPTION: -ENTRADA: A closet for jackets, ski area, 70 LITRE electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and an ironing board is located. -BATHROOM: It has a 90 cm shower, first aid kit, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, folding clotheslines and a cabinet for ski boots. - LIVING ROOM: It has a 3-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it is very sunny. It has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a small table, Smart TV, games and books. - KITCHEN: it is integrated into the living room and has: tableware, kitchenware, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker and basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, infusions, etc.). - BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a 135 cm bed and the other bedroom has two 80 cm beds (folding bunk bed). Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. There is a radiator in each bedroom (600w + 600w), in the bathroom (350w) and in the living room (1500w), which gives the apartment great warmth. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). -We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. If you smoke, we will notify AIRBNB so that it can take the appropriate measures and request compensation of €75 for the problems caused.

La Casilla Berber style

This small village house is tucked away just below the church and the traditional washhouse of Bubión. Built in authentic berber style, there are chestnut beams, slate ceilings, terracotta-flagged floors and whitewashed walls. It is a house of genuine character. Although very much part of the village, you nevertheless feel hidden away from the rest of the world here. The south-facing views down the Poqueira Valley are fabulous, encompassing the rural bliss of the surrounding mountains, sweeping across a shimmering Mediterranean Sea to Morocco beyond. The walk down to Pampaneira which starts from the Church is one of the great walks of the Alpujarras. This is a perfect base for anyone who loves mountains and nature. An intricate network of paths and tracks at all levels will satisfy walkers of every ability and inclination, and there is one of Spain's finest stables very close by (the owner lives in the village). Local facilities are excellent - there is ample free parking at the top of the village, and shops, bars and restaurants are a stone's throw away. Convenient bus service to and from Granada 3 times a day. In the summer months bus service to the high mountains - base of Mulhacen. Bubión is a small mountain village - La Casilla is at the bottom of the village. You can leave your car, in the car park, at the top of the village and walk the last 200 (+/-) meters to the house, or if you choose you can drive through the narrow streets and park in the main square, about 50 meters from the house. We recommend you park at the top of the village until you have inspected the streets.
