Note: A popular bar operates on the ground floor of the next-door building. Friday nights are lively, but with closed balcony doors, the flat is quiet but if you prefer absolute silence with open windows on a Friday night, this might not be the best fit for you. Bonus: The bar is closed in August for summer holidays!

Newly renovated modern flat at 1st in a quiet surrounding neighborhood, at the foot of Elikonas Mountain, next to Alepotrypa Stadium. -Note: The property is located on a ramp and you need to walk uphill for about 60 meters, or go down the stairs from the other street on the left side of the building for about 20 meters to reach the property, which can be a bit of a struggle if you are carrying large suitcases. The building has an elevator and parking place is only for small cars(VW Polo).

A very comfortable & cosy studio on the 6th floor of a typical building of the 60's decade... The building is situated on Fok. Negri str., a wide & green pedestrian boulevard in area Kypseli. The accommodation has a south-eastern terrace with beautiful views towards Lycabettus & Acropolis with an outside sitting area, sunshades & lots of green plants in the frontage of the building. It's correctly equipped for 1 or 2 persons with a comfortable & anatomical sofa-double bed constructed.
