It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. This is a cozy 1LDK single-story house in a quiet villa area, a little away from the gorgeous Niseko ski resort area. The entire building is rented out, like a completely detached two-family house. The host lives next door, so we're here to help if there's anything we can help you with, but we respect your basic privacy during your stay. The building is new and simple. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. You can enter and exit with self check-in and self check-out. Each ski resort in Niseko is within a 20-minute drive. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. It is a quiet villa area on the outskirts of town. You need a car to get to the shops and restaurants. * Notice: From November 1, 2024, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Niseko Town. The nightly rate includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.
