Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The living room is furnished with dining table, sofa, and from the living room you have access to a large porch with sun all day. The house is located 600m from a busy road, so it is very quiet. In the middle of nature but only 150 meters from road 900, the coastal road between Hamburgsund (4 km) and Fjällbacka (3 km) in Bohuslän, with proximity to swimming and boating. The undisturbed location invites you to hike in the woods and countryside, on the large natural plot there is the possibility of playing and barbecuing. Pets are welcome. Kalvö Fjällbacka

The family has lived here since the early 1800s. All of the old charm and its origin has been taken care of with great care. There are two houses for rent in different combinations.
