Välkomna till Slotteberget 9. Ljust, trevligt boende med hänförande utsikt över öppet hav. Huset är 54 kvm stort med separat sovrum och våningssängar i anslutning till entrén. På övervåningen finns fullt utrustat kök med spis/ugn, micro och diskmaskin. Planlösningen är öppen med soffa, TV och matplats för 6-8 personer. Tvättmaskin och extra frys finns i garaget som ligger vägg-i-vägg med lägenheten. Parkering finns i anslutning till huset. Gästhuset placering se planskissen. Egen trädgårdsgrupp.

Back to basics, quiet and simple

My paradise is completly secluded from neighbours and other people passing. Still it’s only ten minutes drive to the most popular and beautiful gems of the westcoast, such as Bovallstrand, Hamburgsund and Fjällbacka. You can chose to go swimming in either lake or sea. There are lots of cultural atractions and areas to hike in as well as really nice roads with beautiful scenery for motorbiking or biking. If you like me to fix your breakfast, lunch or dinner, I will do that for a small extra fee.

Nice and cocy place in the heart of Bohuslän

Small but well planned appartment perfect for two people. Just one room but it is devided in two parts. One with a big bed 140 cm wide, a smartTV, and some storage and readinglamps. The other part is a kitchen with one small inductionplatter, a coffebrewer, a kettle, a fridge and a sink. Everything for normal cooking such as cuttlery, pan and potts, plates, knifes, glass all sorts etc etc. Yoy may also use a big fryingpan made for outdoor use on your balcony. Big bathroom with toilet, shower.

Nära till Smögenbryggan, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand, Nordens Ark, Sotenäs Gk och allt annat trevligt i Sotenäs. Stor altan med matplats, grill och två relaxstolar. Helt nybyggt kök och badrum. Bäddsoffa med plats för två. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. (Ej helger innan midsommar). Städning görs av hyresgästen.

Guest house on a small farm

Guest house on a little farm next to the coastal road between Gerlesborg and Hamburgsund. The house is in a great condition and was re-built upon an old stone foundation in 2011, but the farm dates back to the 17th century. There is a wood-heated sauna and hot outdoor shower. The farm is beautifully located between the mountains and the meadows and a little stream crosses the land. We grow some veggies and have currently only bees. Restaurants and grocery store in Hamburgsund is 5 mins away.

Utedasset med belysning och vatten, har garanterat Sveriges vackraste utsikt. Utedusch med varmvatten skyddad från insyn. Båtvana krävs för att ta sig till den privatägda ön. Lägg till vid bryggan med stabil plasteka ca 5 m med 9 hk utombordare, bra att fiska ifrån. Bada vid närliggande brygga eller den barnvänlig sandstranden mittemot.

Mysig stuga i centrala Hamburgsund

En mysig stuga som ligger i ett lugnt men centralt område och är omgiven av stor gräsmatta som är till förfogande för grill och lek. Altan med kvällssol. Det tar ca 10 min att gå till restaurang, affär, glasscafe mm. Hamburgsund och Hamburgö erbjuder en vacker natur som lockar till fina upplevelser, det finns fantastiska salta bad vid klippor och stränder. Båtturer finns att boka vid Turistinformationen. En tur till vackra Väderöarna är värt ett besök.

Vi hyr ut vår pärla! Huset är ett inrett spannmålsmagasin , modernt men med mycket charm. Det ligger lugnt och avskilt, med skog och åkrar inpå knuten och närhet till kustsamhällena Fjällbacka och Hamburgsund. En stor solig altan att äta frukost på och där man kan tända grillen på kvällen. Stor trädgård med härliga ytor för aktiviteter finns. Njut av lugn och ro, härliga skogspromenader, salta bad och allt annat som hör västkusten till!
