Charming cottage in beautiful Järnsida, a leisure area by the sea with walking distance to swimming area. The cottage is located next to a forest area. Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Newly renovated 1 bathroom with washer, dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi are not available. Check in at 16:00 Check-out at 12:00 PM Cleaning fee= Washing of towels, linens that are included. The tenant should wipe down surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Plus vacuuming before checkout. Smoking, pets, parties, lit candles are not allowed. Charging of an electric car is not included. 5 minutes to popular swimming area (lake). 20 minutes to the sea. 35 minutes to Karlskrona and 45 minutes to Kalmar.

It has a perfect starting point for excursions to the island of Öland, in Sweden's glass kingdom or pure nature. Peaceful location and a kilometer to the nearest supermarket. The cottage is newly renovated . Bed linen and towels are provided.

Nice house for rent by the coast

Welcome to a very fresh, bright and cozy house with that little extra. The house is very nicely located in Småland environment with proximity to the sea, meadows and forest. Simple cottage that has everything you need. Peaceful location with proximity to the sea and nice hiking trails in the area. Good starting point for excursions to e.g. Öland or the Kingdom of Glass.

Cozy house with a large garden and even more tranquility! Very homely and well equipped. Also in the garden several seating and lounging options. Very quiet neighborhood and close to nature. However, this is also a little off the shot. Great view of the bay, unfortunately no direct access to the water. Absolute recommendation for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.

We had a fantastic time at this place. Lovely enjoyed the nice large garden, we had beautiful weather. So nice to be so close to the sea where you are in a few minutes. The accommodation was very nice, you had everything you need here. and both us and the children felt right at home here! It exceeded our expectations.

Jonas has a beautiful cozy house. The area is super quite and picturesque. We really enjoyed the time there.

The kitchen area is designed with wooden cabinetry and features a farmhouse sink and a combination of modern appliances. A dining table with floral tablecloth is positioned nearby, and decorative plates adorn the walls. Natural light filters through the window, enhancing the warm wooden ceiling.

we had a great time in Irene's accomodation. The house is just as you would expect from a cosy Swedish house (with two fantastic tile furnaces). The view from the house over the water is awesome. The village is quiet and beautiful with very friendly people. The local shop is small but it has everything you might suddenly need. For our family (including the dog) this was exactly how we pictured our Christmas holiday in Sweden.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming house! The home is not only cute and cozy but also well-equipped with everything you might need. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby nature beach, while still providing a peaceful retreat. We had access to the canoe. Our kids loved the excursions in the Baltic Sea. The highlight of the stay was the incredibly friendly and welcoming host, who made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay.
