The house was just like in the photos, immaculately clean, in a very central place, with a great view and such a large plaza. We can call it a price performance venue. We had a wonderful time with our son, and most importantly, Keti was always in contact with us, answering our questions with satisfaction and sincerity. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend this place to anyone ❤️

Overall rating: 10/10. Everything was great. A beautiful, clean, and bright apartment with a good air conditioner, spacious kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The host is a very pleasant person who respects your personal space — something I really appreciate. For digital nomads: the internet wasn’t great at the time of arrival, but I’m sure the host will improve it soon. There are plenty of spots in the apartment where you can comfortably sit and work.

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Recently renovated apartment, good location on slightly busy street near old Batumi.

Natalia and Alexandra were amazing hosts! They were kind enough to pick me up from the train station and recommended a lot of great things to do and delicious restaurants in the area. The apartment itself is beautiful—super clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. It really felt like home. Natalia was also very responsive and helped clarify some questions I had about visiting the botanical garden. Both of them made my trip 10 times better. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is completely as in the photos, very stylish and cozy. But it's very small, comfortable for one person, as even the bed is closer to a 1.5-bed. There is heating, the apartment is warm. High-quality, and most importantly clean dishes (which is rare in rented accommodation), everything you need for cooking was there. I didn't like the old and worn towels, and that in many cabinets there were some boxes and incomprehensible things. I also want to note the location, it is the center of the city and everything is nearby, very convenient. Landlords responded quickly to all requests and answered all questions. Thank you.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Elvin was super friendly and helpful, and the room is beautiful and well equiped. The indoors pool and table tennis are super cool All in all totally worth it :)

I had a lovely stay at Marta’s place. She was very friendly and always quick to reply, which made everything really easy. The flat itself was cosy, clean, and felt very welcoming. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach and lots of nice spots to explore. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay with a nice view

Pros: - Very close to the sea, a great beach with crystal clear water. Stunning view. - The apartment is fresh and neat. Everything is good - The host Oksana is friendly and helpful Cons: - There are some bars and lounges on the embankment which is close to the building and the loud music reaches you even through closed balcony. However, it does not play after midnight (at least during our stay) - which makes it bearable. - The only wifi available is the public hotel network with poor coverage and speed - There were some issues with electricity during the last day, but they always were fixed within an hour. Having no electricity means being on the 10th floor w/o elevator, no water in the pipes and no AC - really hot inside. I was told that this is not a common thing Overall: solid recommendation, but pay attention to the cons if these are crucial for your vacation. Despite that, the vacation went great

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Great apartment with a wonderful view to the sea. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is very clean, has all the necessary appliances. A couple of shopping centers, grocery stores of several Georgian chains, restaurants and cafes of all price categories are within walking distance. There were a couple of technical problems with the key at check-in, but our host quickly helped to solve all the problems and in general she is very responsive and was always in touch!

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left.
