The beach is not overloaded with people. 2 large elevators in a 12-storey building, you don't have to wait long. A Russian-speaking consultant-excursor with her car lives in the neighborhood. A few cafes on the beach. We will tell you the location of a family cafe 100 meters from the hotel with delicious cuisine. Gonio Fortress is a half hour walk away, most of the road is along the sea.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.
