There is a dinner table for 4, filter coffee machine, kettle (tea machine), electrical stove, washing machine, midi size fridge, and dishwasher. For winter season; jacuzzi is not available. There is a 12 btu air conditioner.

Our historical house, whose garden is surrounded by historical walls, has been modernized, is 100 meters from the port, caravanserai and beach. In the historical Kaleici bazaar, it is adjacent to cafes and restaurants. It has a seating area and barbecue facilities in its garden. It is possible to cook with kitchen equipment. New place to stay

Kusadasi Ultra Luxury Villa

It was a great stay experience. Our host was extremely understanding, caring, and welcoming. Although we stayed as five people, the house was extremely comfortable and we all felt at home. The cleanliness was excellent, everything we could need in the house was thought out and carefully placed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, the host was in contact with us at every stage and patiently responded to every question we had. The location was also quite good; calm, safe and convenient to transportation. At night, the pool lights offered a nice ambiance. It was a great chance to be a guest of such a caring host in such a beautiful home. With peace of mind, we would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely cottage in Şirince, we stayed 2 nights here. Very peaceful, about a 7 minute walk into town. The host was very nice and responsive to our questions. I would recommend if you want a cosy, peaceful stay in Şirince 😊

First of all, thanks to the host and Mr. Akif. The house is exactly as it is in the photos (even more beautiful than the photos). Everything was given to us in a perfectly clean way. The house had everything we needed. It has a location close to the center and even to everywhere to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house to go to again and again.

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

We stayed with 2 families in the villa, we loved everything, the house was clean. Pool was cleaned regularly The sea is a 15-minute walk away. The homeowner was very friendly and always available, we needed a larger pan and a sandwich machine this was brought immediately. Thank you to Ada Blue Villas!

Mr. Zeki and his wife Ms. Filiz were very interested in this process, we thank them very much. The house was quite tidy and clean. Everything we might need was considered. If we happen to be in that area, we'd like to stay again.
