Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We love Bird Island and as a large family, we had to rent an additional house. We wanted to have a nice experience. And so it was. First of all, it is within the site, it is away from traffic and noise, it is central, it has a beautiful pool, it is clean, it is close to the sea, it is close to shopping places, it is the holiday I prefer and it meets all the facilities I need. The fact that the business provided opportunities in line with the needs, and the quick support in response to the demand met our expectations. We wish you a nice holiday again in the near future... Also, Tatlı Villas have become a safe place for me to host my friends and guests from abroad... Thank you 🫶🏼

Very beautiful villa, spacious. The view from the bedroom on the 2nd floor is splendid, I loved waking up there with a view of the bay. A little back from the bustling city of Kusadasi, requires a car to get around. Good central point to visit Ephese, Lake Bafa and Pammukale. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook several meals. Recommended

First of all, thanks to the host and Mr. Akif. The house is exactly as it is in the photos (even more beautiful than the photos). Everything was given to us in a perfectly clean way. The house had everything we needed. It has a location close to the center and even to everywhere to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house to go to again and again.

Mr. Emre is a very, very caring, kind and helpful host. The house had everything we needed. We had a very nice 2 nights. The pool is lovely and pleasant. As a neighborhood, it's a quiet and completely relaxing place. We burned our barbecue and fire in the evening and had a long time with our friends by the pool. We can't wait to go again🙂

the house was nice, clean, we were comfortable with everything, there were only two fans because the weather was very hot, and this was not enough. I stayed with my family at Mrs. Nursel's house for 4 nights. It was a tidy and organized house. A warmer home than it appears in the photos. Especially the flowers in the garden give people peace. The bathroom and kitchen were comfortable. It's very close to the main road, the sea and the markets. & Thank you for everything

I just learned about the existence of Airbnb, I'm using it for the first time and renting a house for the first time. I had doubts at first, but it didn't turn out as I was worried. When we entered the house, it was freshly cleaned, there was everything that could be needed in a house. The sea was perfect. The only problem is that we have to check in at 3:00 p.m. and check out at 11:00 a.m. Our check-in on the first day was close to 4:00 p.m. due to traffic, we spent our time packing on the day of departure and we could not use our 2 days in a healthy way. There should be a little more flexibility in this regard in general. Mr. Savaş was understanding and answered all our questions in a short time, thank you. It was an accommodation that I would choose again.

We were extremely satisfied with the place we stayed. The host was extremely caring and extremely friendly, the cleanliness was extremely good, all the needs were available in the house. The spacious garden was literally wonderful. We were very pleased. We were extra happy to meet Mr. Ahmet. It was perfect, we prefer it.

The location of the house, cleanliness, our host's interest, help with check-in and checkout, etc. made us happy to leave. We are looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything.
