This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

The place is beautiful and clean. You will feel like a home away from home. The place is exactly like how it look in photos. Mr. Suresh and his family will give you a warm welcome and are a call away if you need any help. A very safe place if you are travelling with family. All in all a good experience.

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! The place is spacious with plenty of open areas to relax and enjoy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved the amazing kitchen and bar area — perfect for hanging out with friends and family. It was also super convenient to have access to all major food delivery options. Would definitely recommend for a chill beach getaway!

Amazing place. House is very nice and big. Location is just superb for someone looking to live few days away from city. Host was good, all instructions were clear and prompt replies. Would love to visit again.

Great place to stay and relax

The stay was great! Quiet and pristine place. Totally a recommended place if you wanna take a break from city life and chill on a weekend. The hosts were very responsive and had no restrictions imposed on the us. The food prepared by Thresiamma was a delicacy. We had our own private space to sit and chill on a rainy day. Take a few steps into the backyard farm and you’ll reach banks of kabini river. Overall, a 9/10 stay. Thank you Thresiamma and Balu for letting us stay for the night.

We had a pleasant stay at Anil’s home. Great location. Caretaker Anitha was kind and helpful. Homely ambiance. Kitchen was shared with another guests but it was ok for us. The power failure was the only thing we had as a negative experience bt later it was managed by the caretaker. Except that we had a fantastic time there

The best getaway place in Kozhikode; right on the beach. The veiw and experience of the beach facing balcony felt like a private space to enjoy the beauty of the beach with the beautiful sunset without any hustle or buss of the beaches. The spot is also close to all the major restaurants and the whole beach.

The location was convenient, the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

perfect it its. The host was cordial and welcoming to the place. He communicated every instruction in detail one day prior to the arrival- it made the entry seamlessly easy. the security at the entrance was very friendly in recieving us . The flat had good lift connnectivity. close to the elevator is the flat. 1. All white interiors are calm and relaxing and at the same time gives a luxury feeling. 2. well equipped kitchen- 3. had all the necessary mops in the toilets. 4. Had 2 toilets- something that was very helpful. 5. visiting guests had to get pass from the security - the host made the procedure so simple and i have to say, he responded swiftly and made sure that my guests were comfotably allowed into the apartments. 6. The SHop in the level -4 - OMG - it has everything- milk, batter, rice, wheat, millets, vegetables, fruits, tea stall, juice stall, almost everything for a family s day to day need- and that too - home delivery- Long story short. superb stay.

Good location

Thejus is a super host and a friendly person. The place is very beautiful, good views of sunset and sunrise. The building is easy to locate and accessible. I recommend Thejus for your stay at Kozhikode.

Chilled host and a balanced stay, gets a bit noisy in the night. Overall pretty good experience.

The Apartment is well located within the city and easily can be commuted to other parts of the city from here.

Amazing stay. Hosts were kind , helpful and welcoming. property was clean , hygienic,with ample space . rooms are spacious,vibrant. feels like home. also worth the money we paid for. will definitely revisit soon and recommend others to visit as well

It's a great cute comfy place. We took this place for a nights stay while exploring Calicut. This is a duplex with studio hall, Kitchen in one floor and bedroom+washroom in above floor. Its right opposite to the beach, and can enjoy beach view & breeze through bedroom window. Only thing missing is a balcony. Zubin was helpful in sharing the Calicut Explore deck. Thanks!
