Tiny house in a quiet area

Our tiny house is well located in a quiet residential area and offers a detached accommodation for one to four people. The cottage is located on our property, has its own small terrace and is shielded from the residential house. Close to a walking trail in the forest. 10-minute walk to the nearest store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest swimming area by the sea. 5 minutes to bus connection to the train station or 15 minutes walking distance. From there, it takes 25 minutes to central Gothenburg. We speak Swedish, German and English.

Close to the sea in Lerkil with swimming on cliffs or beach is our fresh guesthouse of 3 rooms and kitchen. The house is suitable for 1- 4 people and is equipped with everything you need, even for longer stays. In addition, sheets, towels and final cleaning and two bicycles are included. You will have your own patios with barbecue and garden furniture, here you can really relax in a calm and peaceful environment. It is close to nice nature, hiking and hiking areas, biking and fishing. Electric car chargers are available.

Hen House in Lerkil, room for 3 adults +2 juniors

With us, you live in our garden with chickens. Not as close to the ocean as the map pin shows- but 5 min by bike 😅 Balcony in the south with barbecue. Double bed 160x200 cm in the loft (steep stairs!) and bunk beds 70x170 cm + sofa bed 120x200 cm. Cleaning is NOT included, but is done by you or booked for SEK 300. Paid with swish/ 💵 Sheets and towels are not included but are mandatory to use. Available to rent for SEK 100 per person if you do not bring. Bikes for children and adults 🚴‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️

Känn dig som hemma i en självgående liten stuga på min tomt, separat från boningshus. - 500m från Badplats - 3km från Kattegattsleden - Kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffepress, koppar, tallrikar och bestick. Notera att lilla stugan är självgående utan tillgång till fastigheten. Rummet har ej kök tillgängligt. - Bord/stolar inomhus och utomhus - WC, dusch och hårtork - Parkering - Wi-Fi - Sängkläder och handdukar ingår - Städning ingår

Camping cottage in farmhouse

Simple camping cabin renovated in 2020 located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cottage has a room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate, simple shower with hot water, which is located about 50 meters from the cottage. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be purchased for SEK 75/set. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 200.

Close to services, restaurants, entertainment, excursion destinations including old Kungsbacka, popular Kungsmässan and Hede Outlet. Not to forget Gothenburg, with Liseberg, shopping, archipelago, nature, etc. Suitable for holiday accommodation, weekly commuters, project employment, or the like. Cleaning is included every 14 days. Free parking upon request.

Public transport is within a minute walk and will quick and easy bring you to Kungsbacka and further on to Gothenburgh for either shopping or night life.

Lägenheten/rummet ligger i Sätila ca 20 min från Landvetter flygplats, 35 min från Göteborg, 40 från Borås, 45 från Varberg och 60 från Ullared. Sätila ligger vid Storåns mynning vid den natursköna sjön Lygnern, som sträcker sig 15 km sydost ut mot havet. I Sätila finns det långa fina sandstränder som ligger 5 min promenad från lägenheten / rummet.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. It is hard to get closer to the sea. Peaceful and quiet location with nature reserve all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna are available all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation," here you can work in peace and quiet with fast WiFi.
