Vacation rentals with a home theater in Kumejima, Shimajiri District

An excellent location with lots of walkable options. Only a 20min walk to Kokusai and we had a short 8min walk to Naminoue shrine to celebrate the new years. We had a great time while staying in the area to visit family. Highly considering this place for our next visit.

非常美麗的海景，鄰近國際通，車程只需大概5分鐘，廚房設備齊全，浴室乾淨，房主回覆亦非常迅速有禮，入住指示清晰，床亦很舒服唯一麻煩的是使用apps開門，不是使用鎖匙或密碼，帳號很快登出，每次回房間都要再登入

房源非常的舒适，卧室也很温馨，闹中取静的一个位置，早晨可以去公园散步，旁边美术馆刚好有hellokitty50周年展。 日常生活所需，下楼即可轻松解决。左转，穿过隔栋楼左侧的停车场，就能看到罗森便利店；若左转直走至路口，右侧也有711和全家。楼下对面就是竹虎拉面工作日不用预约，口味合适。 不仅生活便利，这里的交通位置也令人惊喜。前往DFS、渡敷嘉岛港口步行就能抵达；想去Parco City或国际通，有接驳的公交，打车的费用也恰到好处。 家庭出游可以便利店买点小零食，晚上坐在露台上喝点啤酒，聊聊天，开阔的视野，让身心都得到极大的放松。不管是日常居住，还是家庭出游，这里都是极优之选 。

오키나와 중북부 여행하기 정말 좋은 위치이고 숙소 내부가 정말 깔끔하고 좋았습니다!

一年前も利用させていただきました。今回も快適で大好きなお部屋です。 お部屋とバスルームからきれいな海を見ることができます。 駐車場がエントランスの前にあり便利です。 飲食店、コンビニ、バス停が近くにあり、車が無くてもとても立地が良いです。 洗濯洗剤、洗濯ネット、洗濯物干しラック、掃除道具、調理道具があり長期滞在に助かります。 全てのことに即時に対応してくださり安心して過ごすことができました。

部屋に入った瞬間　畳の良い香りがしました　そして風呂をのぞいたら檜の香りがして　癒されました そしてとても広くてたくさんのベットがあって畳にお布団も敷けるように準備されていて 子供からおじいちゃんおばあちゃんまでくつろげるお部屋だなぁと感じました　今度は家族みんな連れてきてあげたいと思います

Very nice place and spacious

It was a lovely a time everything was clean and functional no problems at all would recommend for a nice time in Naha.

We had the most amazing stay at Kazumi’s house. The location is perfect for snorkeling and enjoying the ocean. It’s close to lots of attractions. Kazumi was really helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend this place to stay

Yu was a wonderful host! We stayed here for 8 days and enjoyed exploring the beautiful neighborhood. Yu was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even tidied up while we were gone (with our permission of course) about half way through our stay. The house was very clean with great amenities! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay with beautiful views from 2 different level decks! The home was clean and inviting! I was thankful to have a comfortable mattress that was not hard as most mattresses in Japan! There are also firmer mattresses upstairs. The large bathroom was beautifully renovated! The response times to any questions were extremely quick! There are steps over a small wall to actually be on the beach. If you look closely you can see in the pictures. This did not hinder the view. The sounds of the waves were relaxing and the water was a clear beautiful blue! There were nice restaurants with good food near by. We walked to a close restaurant with traditional Okinawan live music! The large TV was nice and no problem connecting to our Netflix to enjoy movies at night. They had kayaks, snorkle masks and water toys for use! We had been traveling and staying in Hotels. This was a nice relaxing break at the end of our trip before flying home! Thank you for sharing your home!

Quiet place with many amenities. Host responds well to queries too. Welcome drinks were prepared for us in the fridge which was a sweet gesture. There were a few tiny stains on the bedsheets and pillow cases but other then that, the place is really clean and we enjoyed our stay! If you arent sure of how to separate your trash, will be good to throw your trash away outside at convenience stores before heading back!

The place was in a very nice and quiet area, overlooking the water. It was nice to be out of the way of the city, but still be within a 30 minute cab ride. Everything was described in great detail by Ryo in regards to all instructions for the house. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for 3 nights and had the most wonderful experience! Our host was friendly, accommodating and so super helpful - from answering my queries about restaurants etc to even helping me book our dinner reservations. The place was spotless, and the facilities like the sauna, hot tub, filtered water, welcome drinks, Nintendo and kitchen facilities way exceeded our expectations. The beautiful artwork behind the hot tub and in the rooms were exquisite and added such a delicate touch to our stay. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for an amazing time! We hope to return one day! :)

WHAT A GEM WHAT A GEM WHAT A GEM! I wish I can keep this stay a secret so that it’s always readily available when we come back. Clean, with so many useful and thoughtful touches. LOCATION IS AMAZING! My kids loved it as well.

It was a very pleasant stay / home. We went with 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children and the house could fit us very well. Host dropped my children a little bubble blowing toy, very thoughtful. We cooked there as well and really made ourselves at home. The kitchen was fully furnished with induction cookers, oven and microwave. Utensils were aplenty so we really didn't need to get too much extra stuff to eat in. Had parking for 2 cars that we rented as well. Many thumbs up. Host was polite. Nothing much to complain about except that the floor boards in the house was quite loud (especially in the night when people walk around), but maybe its also because my children were stomping and running around the house a bit, haha!

Beautiful accommodation, very spacious and homely. Stayed comfortably for 9 nights and would recommend to friends and family.

집이 진짜 깨끗하고 넓었어요! 배란다도 있고, 아이가 놀 수 있는 장난감도 많아서 너무 좋아했습니다. 모든 공간이 깔끔했고 호스트가 많이 신경쓴게 보였어요. 동네도 조용해서 일정 마치고 돌아오면 집처럼 휴식할 수 있었어요. 저희는 차로 이동해 문제없었지만, 혹시 대중교통을 이용한다면 이동이 불편할 수 있을것 같아요. 하지만 차가 있으시다면 꼭 추천드립니다!
