Such a great location for walking, and everything worked great in the house.

We had a great stay! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for what we needed. Our host was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit, always quick to respond and ready to assist with anything we needed. One thing to note for future guests: getting around the area without a car can be a bit challenging, especially later in the evening when it’s harder to get Ubers/Taxi’s. That being said, our host went above and beyond to help us navigate those situations and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a quiet, clean place with a truly wonderful host.

wonderful and friendly hosts with clear instructions on how to access the property, generous with their time and emotional energy. they sent extra photos showing how to park which was invaluable! they left a little gift basket of cookies to nibble on which my wife loved. they also recommended a yomitan cafe and it was fantastic. mimi would occasionally check in that we were having a good time and we always were! reminded me of staying with a nice aunt :) you cannot beat the location, as you walk down stairs and onto the sand of the beach. it feels more wild, quiet and lived in than a hyper-western and expensive resort, which was exactly what we wanted--a local beachy experience. go swimming at high tide within the reef and you will see lots of grazing parrotfish and butterflyfish--please be respectful to the local wildlife, the coral, and hakas! eddie and mimi have a bin of gear you are free to use, although i brought my own prescription goggles which let me see the fish even better.

My family loved our time here! Loved the seawall walks in the morning, close to everything we wanted to do. Sharon was extremely nice and checked every few days to ensure everything was ok. I would definitely stay here again!

大人6人子供3人で3泊４日利用しました。完全プライベートな空間で気兼ねなく過ごせました。 とても静かな場所でウッドデッキから海を見ながらBBQも楽しむ事ができ最高です。 お部屋も整理整頓されていてとても清潔です。自炊できる器具や一通りの物は全て準備されているので何も困りません。 １つ言うとすれば時期的な事ですが小さい虫(ヤスデ)が発生しました。人への害はないので私達は大丈夫でしたが虫が苦手な方はお気をつけ下さい。(南国なので虫は当たり前かなと思います) 場所は本島の中部なので北部、南部に1時間程で移動出来るので便利です。 私達は最高の旅で最高の宿泊先でした！

Overall a great stay in the Kin area! The pool was amazing and the temperature was perfect. Lots of space and two full bathrooms which is always great. You could hear the waves from inside even with the doors closed (a big positive!)

便宜的渡假住宿！！值得來住~由四個單位組成。私隱度會欠缺一些，但也很享受住宿。駕車2分鐘便能到達AEON超市

房屋位置非常容易尋找， 晚上駕駛要小心 因為路燈比較少。 房屋內非常整潔、舒適，價格非常合理。 不過由於1F層沒有起居室，所以不適合腳力不好的老人家。 整體上滿分滿分👍

ゴールデンウィークで長期滞在させて頂きました。部屋は広くおしゃれで、3家族で利用しましたが、快適でした。 とくにプールとサウナとジャグジーは満足度が高く、子供が多かったので気兼ねなくいつでも楽しめたのがよかったです。 バーベキューができたのも良い思い出です。 トイレが2個あったのも大人数での利用にはありがたかったです。 ロケーションもよく、便利な場所ではありませんが、周辺を散歩するだけでも非日常感がありました。 夕暮れ時には一面の海と夕日がきれいでした。 大人数で泊まるには最適だと思います。

Beautiful place! A luxury stay in rural Okinawa. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. Definitely best to have a car or preplanned taxi/Ubers to access the place as public transport isn't super reliable. Host was a great communicator and we adored the sweet gifts that appeared at our door. Would stay longer if we could!

とても広くて綺麗な施設でした。 ゲスト用の倉庫にも室内にも子どもが楽しめる道具もたくさんあり、観光を終えてからも楽しく過ごすことができました。 また、昔のお家の写真が飾ってあったり成長記録が壁に書いてあったり、この場所を大切に思っていることが伝わってきて素敵でした。 テレビやプロジェクターもあり、とても優雅にすごすことができました。 ハンモックに寝転がって広い窓からただ外を眺めているだけで心が洗われました。 思い出に残る旅にすることができました、ありがとうございました✨

We were totally 4PAX in this travel. And I was looking for the entire house which has more than 4beds, and ocean that I can reach in 5minutes by walking, and swim as well. So there are. Everything was here. That was awesome and peaceful. However, the parking lot is a little bit small that you can park only 1 I think. But its not a big part of the journey. Anyway, We were so comfortable with staying and would like to thanks for helping us. If I get a chance to travel OKINAWA, I m going to reserve this house again. Thank you. We appreciated.

Such a magical place. This place has a special place in my heart and in my memory, and always will. Amazing memories, both times I stayed there. Truly magical. 🌬️🐉✨

We loved our stay ! Arriving was a little uncomfortable. This was our first time driving on the opposite side of the vehicle on the opposite side of the freeway and needing to understand tolls. We arrived later than expected ... in the dark. Because of the late arrival, a little stressed about the drive and not knowing what to expect, not having eaten, the arrival was not easy. It was difficult to find in the dark and we were unfamiliar with the area so didn't know where to eat. Our recommendation ..... if you are expecting to arrive late ... is to get familiar with the area before arrival. The toilet being on the different floor than the bed was just fine .... however the stairs were a little creaky so difficult to use the facilities without waking up the one next to you. AND ! Our stay was fantastic. Thank you !

住宿地點在中部，離永旺超級近！去北部去南部都大概50分鐘，非常方便！！！對面的Lawson承包了我們5天的早餐跟宵夜😆大推～～

This was a great place to stay with an amazing little beach within walking distance. There are plenty of places to buy groceries and eat / drink nearby and Kokoni was a very communicative host. Would definitely recommend!
