The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

Heating is provided by a boiler. There are 2 barbecues suitable for guest use on the veranda with a glass balcony, a seating area in the garden, a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a crib for families with children.
