The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

It is located 15 minutes from the center of Silivri, 40 minutes from Istanbul New Airport, 20 minutes from Çorlu Airport and 5 minutes from Silivri beaches. The front and back gardens are covered with grass; there is a seating area in the front garden and a dining table in the back garden. Our luxury villa has an alarm system.

With a capacity of 10 guests, it is particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our house has 5 rooms, 4 air conditioners, and a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Heating is provided by a boiler. There are 2 barbecues suitable for guest use on the veranda with a glass balcony, a seating area in the garden, a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a crib for families with children.
