Rustic relaxing house in Nature Reserve by the lake!

This is an older house with large lovely social areas outdoors. The private plot in the middle of Sandsjöbacka nature reserve, situated undisturbed without neighbors and transparency and adjoins a lake with private dock, 4 lovely patios with sun from morning to evening, suitable for barbecue evenings, sun and relaxation. The house is close to the community of Särö, about 20 km south of Gothenburg, only 5 minutes by car to restaurants, shops, golf courses and nice beaches in both Särö and Kullavik.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro.
