The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the basement with its own entrance. There are 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is a residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes by bus, the stop is about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent them from us for the whole party and the stay for €50, payment is made on site. No parties.

YOU WILL ARRIVE TO FRESHLY-MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linens. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. There is enough firewood for the first day. During the summer, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but cleaning can be purchased for SEK 3,500.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and on the property, there is plenty of room for play and games, and there is also a patio where you can enjoy the sun and the view. Sandö is a fantastic place to visit during the summer with plenty of activities, such as swimming, fishing, hiking and golf. Welcome to Villa Kvarndammen! We are a family with two adults and three children, and this is our holiday home. The house is located at the end of a private road, with only one neighbor. You live in a rural setting with walking distance to a grocery store. This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Light the wood-fired sauna and take a swim in the small pond. Plenty of room & many social areas both inside & out. 2 km from the house, there is Hjortviken, a new hotel with pool club opportunity and two restaurants.

The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.
