Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

Located directly on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can walk to almost everything. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Our apartment is located in the trendy district of Leipzig-Plagwitz. The "Elsterpassage" tram stop is right next door, from there you can reach numerous destinations, such as the Red Bull Arena Leipzig and the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA are 3 and 4 stops away respectively - the Felsenkeller and Täubchenthal event locations, as well as the Musikalische Komödie (operetta and musical theater) are easily accessible on foot.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
