It is 50 meters from Satan's Coffee and only 4 minutes away by walking to Ayvalik's city center. The room is located on the ground floor. (There will be guests staying on the upper floors.) If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend choosing one of the rooms on the upper floors.) It is an authentic Greek house, so the windows are a bit small and located higher up. The space is 12 square meters. It is the second smallest room in the property. There is also a minibar and kettle set in the room. * The balcony in the images is outside the room and is shared.

We are in a quiet location among the olive groves where Cunda ends, neither inside nor outside. We have 10 rooms. The windows of our rooms open to nature, some of them partially to the sea view.
