This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

I would like to thank Mr. Mert and Gül. Our home we stayed in was as advertised. There was no shortage of it, there was more. When we contacted Gül hn., she was very supportive about what we needed. The house we stayed in is in a very nice neighborhood. You can walk down to the sea. The beach is sand. Neighborhood; quiet, calm, peaceful and safe. Also, the view on the terrace of the house we stayed in is spectacular. Obviously, we did not come with information about the region we stayed in, but during our stay, we visited both historical and surrounding villages and were amazed. We just didn't have the opportunity to taste the dishes of Gül hn. But in mind. We will definitely taste it when we go back.

What an absolutely delightful place this apartment is! The location is amazing, just a stones throw away from the beach. The fresh fruit and canned drinks in the fridge on arrival was a very nice touch. Brits - there is no kettle to make a cup of tea - but fear not! There is a fancy hob where you can heat up water to make a brew so all is well! (there’s a coffee machine instead) The only suggestion I would make is it would be nice to have a blind for the front door - the window looks right into the apartment. So for privacy reasons but also at night if the neighbours porch light is on it lets the light into the apartment so bear that in mind those sensitive to light. However I will definitely be back!

The room was very clean and welcoming. Ioannis has foreseen and equipped with everything one almost needs for a few days of stay. The location is very favorable for anyone who wants to move around the center.

Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

Antonis was very kind to answer any of our questions immediately. On the plus side that we entered the house earlier, we arrived early on the island, he also found a solution to a problem related to the child. The house very close to the center(Ermou), quiet place ideal for rest,also cool since the sun does not see it for many hours. You find yourself parking near the house. I would go again without a second thought.

We loved staying at Harun and Selma's place. It was exactly as described, very clean and cosy. I became ill the first night. Harun accompanied us to the hospital to help us navigate the paperwork and language barrier. We will never forget his kindness. Selma prepared a delicious breakfast (actually two) for us and invited us to help ourselves to the food in the garden. What can I say? Harun and Selma are excellent hosts and wonderful human beings. I am happy to recommend their place and I have given it the 5* rating it deserves.

there was everything needed in the house, even though Ms. Şaziye and her husband were not here, they took care of us very well, we had no problems, and we had a perfect holiday experience with a very nice balcony view within walking distance to the beaches in terms of location.

The house is gorgeous and in a calm location. Very spacious with nice and clean bathroom. The bedroom is gorgeous with windows everywhere and nice bed. The living room also. The sea and shops are accessible on foot. Our hosts treated us like family in everything. I highly recommend it!

The best host I've ever seen. The location and cleanliness of the house was good. We opened our eyes with Zeta's gift on our farewell day. It was very pleasing. If you are coming to this region, we definitely recommend this place.

The house was super clean and tidy. Everything that one can need was ready at home. It was 2 mins walk from the shopping street but quiet to rest. I parked my moto at front safely and nobody touched. Sofia was always reachable and friendly. Loved all.

We spent a cold month of Winter in Panagiouda to volunteer nearby. We were fortunate to stay in this apartment which was really perfect for our needs - a retreat from the daily work that on our return each day, felt like home. So beautiful to walk out of the gate each morning to beautiful and peaceful surroundings where all the neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a great location, local bakeries and traditional supermarkets (called pantopolio) are stocked with all that's required to sustain their customers. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen amply stocked with the listed accessories and essentials, and likewise the bathroom with toiletries and laundry liquid. Anything that cropped up was quickly dealt with by the owner. Thank you Panagioti.

Ms. Ayşe and Mr. Seyit are extremely friendly and nice people. They sincerely answered our questions and helped us a lot. The house was enough to meet the needs of a family, it was clean and as we saw in the photos. The house was close to the beach in terms of location. I highly recommend for a peaceful holiday.

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful stay, Yiannis is a kind and insightful man, loved our time here. I thought the place looked much nicer than the pictures made it appear.

Our stay was perfect, very beautiful villa in the city center of Mitilini, the host was very responsive to the slightest of our requests. Everything was clean, and as described. The environment could be a little noisy but it's the game being in the city center.
