A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The stay with Margarete was very pleasant. She is a kind and helpful host. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Only a freezer compartment and some kitchen appliances (peeler, grater, scissors) were missing. Overall, however, it was super nice and highly recommended. :)

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay in a little town just outside of Saltzberg. It is an old farmhouse with many authentic items. There was plenty of room for a group of three. All of our needs were met, and our host advised us on a great restaurant for lunch.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely be back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and were given a short tour of the property. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the property are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was there for a weekend with wife and dog. Everything is great! From the amenities to the service. Nicole and Klaus take great care of the well-being of their guests and we didn't lack anything. Excellent and super nice hosts. The location is great for relaxing, just because of the wellness area. Pool, sauna, garden and jacuzzi are very well maintained and clean. Perfect to treat yourself to a break and fully recharge the batteries. Will definitely be back.

The accommodation is lovingly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything easily. We stayed with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful place and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. Particularly noteworthy is the spa area: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but honestly, we didn't really miss it. The surroundings offer excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, a place to stay that we can fully recommend.

Sometimes words are not enough to describe how incredible something is, our trip was exactly this way! Amazing memories and what an amazing place! Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The house was very cozy. The view was stunning! The place is so peaceful and beautiful. Hubert was very nice and helpful.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful mountain retreat! The house is perched in a secluded spot on top of a mountain, offering breathtaking views all around. It was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host Renata was exceptional—very friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions or calls we had. You can tell she genuinely care about their guests' experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. 100% recommend and would love to come back!

I had a fantastic vacation at the property. Very cozy, it has everything you need and more. Communication with Evelin was excellent at all times. She, her family and the two dogs are very hospitable. By public transport, you can quickly get to Salzburg & Co., but the area around the accommodation also invites you to walk or hike. I would recommend this place 100% and will definitely stop by again if I want to vacation in Salzburg again.

Reinhard and Petra were very communicative and friendly hosts. There was nothing missing. They have given some types for the whole area and there is a book in the house where everything was described well. The chalet is fantastic. The mountain landscape invites you to relax. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The garden is perfectly maintained. The sauna is in great condition. The hot tub is very clean and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening in front of the mountain panorama. The fact that dogs are welcome makes everything even better 🐾 We will certainly be back🫶🏽
