It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

We offer a nice and quiet place in nature with attractive opportunities for the summer and winter seasons. The cottage is located in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area on the border of the largest Czech primeval forest Boubín. The location is perfect for planning walking and cycling trips to the area. In summer, beautiful Šumava nature offers the possibility of mushroom picking and swimming in the waters of the Warm Vltava River. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
