Luxurious retreats with real class that don't just promise relaxation, but make it possible. Everything looks thoughtful, very neat and supported by soothing tranquility. And Ana and Josip? Hosts from another world – warm, mindful, sensitive and dignified. Their peka, the freshly caught fish, the fine potato salad, their homemade wine – all gifts that touched us very deeply. Our little dogs were also welcomed with open hearts. This place has given us far more than time: memory, depth, gratitude. Something lasting. Thank you – from the bottom of my heart!

My friend and I, along with our dog, enjoyed our stay with Dragica immensely. The house was beautiful, clean. We also made full use of the pool and hot tub, it was a great refreshment on hot days. Dragica was a great host, on arrival we were greeted with delicious food, excellent pancakes and alcohol. During our stay, she took care of us, cleaned the grill after grilling in the morning and left us homemade eggs and cake. We highly recommend 🙂

The Villa location was remote and private, which we thoroughly appreciated. Even though the road up the mountain was a little rough, the drive is through an olive grove and well worth the adventure. Once there, a fantastic view of the Adriatic with islands Hvar and Brac await you! The villa is beautiful, clean and well appointed, with terraced stone walls, and a large patio and pool. Katarina is an awesome host, responsive and helpful.

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location that has everything you need, would recommend to all!

We had a wonderful vacation at Zeljka's. The entire family was extremely friendly and helpful. Refrigerator was already stocked with drinks upon arrival. The whole complex was super clean, first-class stylishly decorated and plenty of space. Both the heated pool and the Jacuzzi were very inviting and great for the 4 of us. The property is super secluded and you can relax and enjoy great privacy. Starry sky guaranteed and lots of butterflies, lizards as well as birds of the local nature available. Bicycles as well as the table tennis table invite you to play games and sports. The balcony is perfect, but the best part was the barbecue area for us. Super inviting for great evenings. Even in the heat, the houses are great to live in, as there is air conditioning in every room. Shopping available in 3 and 5 minutes. The two kitchens are superbly equipped. Thanks Zeljka, we'll be back for sure! :)

Extremely beautiful and spacious house. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, plus there are a lot of bathrooms. The bedrooms in the second floor share the same bathroom. What I liked most about the house was the incredible view from the tower. The sea is in front of the house. We will definitely be back.

Malden and Tamara’s place was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided - along with some thoughtful extras. It’s a peaceful oasis close to great restaurants and tranquil beaches—truly a perfect find along the Dalmatian coast. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden with its ocean view, a quiet spot to savor slow mornings with coffee. We would love to come back.

This is a beautiful, modern and well furnished and equipped house with the most stunning view.! 7 of us stayed in the house and had the most relaxing holiday, spending most of our time lounging on the terrace, dipping into the clear waters of the Adriatic and generally enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The small village has several beach coves and is perfectly peaceful. A word of warning …….we visited late May/early June and neither of the restaurants or the shop were open. The village is not in a bus route, so a car would be a good idea if you are visiting early or late in the season. Elisha was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, arranging taxis and even allowing a late check out which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

We were a mixed age group of women for a hen do weekend for 3 nights. The airbnb is beautiful and massive. So many bathrooms and bathrooms makes it great for getting ready and sleeping comfortably. Sanja was an amazing host, answered all my questions quickly, was so responsive. The island itself is beautiful, amazing views everywhere, even in the supermarkets! The kitchen, bbq and pantry area was great for us as we cooked lots! The swimming pool are was also lovely. There was a cleaning person that cane every day and refeeshed the towels and bathrooms which was amazing. The bedsheets were so comfortable. Nothing bad to say to be honest, highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. The location is super quiet off season and it's a hidden gem. The house has the best view in town and is close to everything.

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

We spent 6 days to 10 in the villa and we are totally thrilled. The accommodation is very modern and spacious and the location just fantastic. Communication with the landlords was flawless and hassle-free. We were even allowed to check in 2 hours earlier and were allowed to stay longer on the day of departure. The heated pool, which was worth gold in May, is also worth mentioning. We would always come back! :-)

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

A true gem! Very beautiful, spacious house right on the Adriatic coast with an amazing sea view. We loved staying there. The place feels very private and peaceful, and it’s super comfortable to relax by the heated pool on comfy loungers, perfect for lazy days. Honestly, it felt like a five-star hotel in the best way possible. The house itself looks amazing, very stylish, with lots of attention to detail. You can really tell that the hosts cared about making everything feel special. It’s easy to drive to nearby coastal towns like Omiš or Makarska. We totally recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. I hope we’ll be back someday!

We had the most incredible stay at this villa in Croatia! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, the peaceful surroundings, and the attention to detail in the home itself. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities we could need. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing, and we loved spending our mornings sipping coffee on the terrace overlooking the sea. Our host was amazing— fast responsive and friendly. The location was ideal, giving us easy access to nearby beaches. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect, relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was walkable to town (where parking can be limited) and a few markets. It is also quiet and tucked away at the end of the street. The host was great - very responsive and helpful when we needed it. We even forgot an important item upon our departure and they have already sent it to us. The house is adjacent to a trail that leads to the mountaintop and beautiful views of Omis and we took advantage of this more than once. The house itself is spacious, spotless and has all the amenities we could ask for. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to Omis ever again!

The house was great. Spectacular view of the see in front and of tve mountains behind. The children enjoyed the swiming pool. (Accually after one day at the beach, they preffered to stay at the pool). Would highly recommend for a nice and quiet family vacation!

The place looked identical to the pictures. Super nice and clean. Simona and Denis were very friendly and helpful. Simona responded very quickly to questions. Even the refrigerator was filled with the most important things, so you don't have to go shopping right away. Beautiful vacation, we'll be back.

We had great time at Villa Mendula! The house was spacious for our group of 7 persons including kids. We have enjoyed the pool, the magnificent views of the sea and Biokovo mountains. The place is exactly as described in the listing, kitchen is nicely equipped with all utensils you can imagine for cooking and baking, plenty of plates, glasses and silverware - simply you have everything you may ever need… Bedrooms are nice and beds comfy. The house is about 5-7 minutes by car from the beaches, there is plenty of parking space by the beach - we paid about 8 Euro per whole day parking and you can go and return during the day with the same paid parking. There is Konzum supermarket within 2-3 minutes by car from the house. Ilijana was great, she has responded fast to all our questions. I would rate our stay 100%, very happy!
