Surrounded by dyke and fields, it is centrally located between Emden and Greetsiel. Bicycle tours and extensive walks on the North Sea have their charm in all seasons. Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. Baker and mill café (open on Saturdays from April to September) are in the village.
