Surrounded by dike and fields, it is centrally located between Emden and Greetsiel. Bicycle tours and long walks on the North Sea have their charm in all seasons. Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. The bakery, pub and restaurant are about 1 km from the vacation home. By bike, it is 20 minutes to the sea.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulfhaus invites all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) where we live is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian Islands or to the coast just 1.7 km away. Likewise, extensive bike rides can be taken along the North Sea coast or simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and not suitable for pets!

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.
