Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Petkum (Emden). The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

From here you can enjoy the vastness of East Frisia on both sides of the Ems - whether on foot or by bike or while fishing on one of the many canals (with guest card) or while watching the wild geese. Culturally, Emden also has plenty to offer (art gallery, state museum, ...).

The vacation home is centrally located in the health resort of Hage (Berumbur district) in beautiful East Frisia, an ideal base for cycling trips, walks in the nearby forest area, beach visits, or day trips to the East Frisian islands. Arrive and feel at home. The fresh air from the North Sea, which is only a few kilometers away, will greet you with a breeze. The new 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and is completely at your disposal. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. In our garden, which you are welcome to use, there is also a grill and a large fire pit. Bicycles can be parked safely.

Rustic Gulfhof in a completely secluded location a few meters away from the dyke (North Sea), invites you to a quiet holiday. Enjoy the sea air or the sunset outside in the garden. Or you can drink your coffee in the bed overlooking the dyke. Far and wide, the platinum house is surrounded by fields. The apartment in the courtyard is well equipped and spacious.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
