The apartment is really very central. The tram is only 150 m away. By tram no. 4 / 7 you can get directly to the center. The bus stop is one block away. My lovely apartment is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance is the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy, etc., for the day. Needs. The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by tram. Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
