Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. The hilltop cottage by the forest

Right on the water lily pond, with forest edge on one side & fields to the other, rests our beautiful "Hilltop cottage": A charming wooden cabin in a secluded location on the hill, on a separate fenced area from our ground where only nature can be seen & heard. The brick fireplace invites you to a cozy campfire & can also be used for barbecuing, as well as the standing grill. ✨️Other highlights: giant trampoline, swings, camping possible, fresh eggs of our chickens, sun terrace, ..

Green splendor idyll in a secluded location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Lunz am See apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Vacation home on the Ybbs

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Living apartment incl. kitchen, bathroom/WC, anteroom, private entrance, enclosed private parking. The apartment is decorated in a rustic peasant style, which is located in a stylish former square courtyard. Our house is located on the edge of the Ostszentrum in a quiet location. The nearest bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Due to the generous equipment and arrangement very well suited for business travellers and fitters.

Zwetschge sleeping hut (My little break)

Our offer includes a cozy sleeping hut with box-spring beds for nightly comfort, infrared heating and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The toilet and shower are in a separate building and are shared. Relaxation options include a barrel sauna and sun loungers. In our lounge area next to the bathrooms you will find a spacious bench, a fridge with drinks and a coffee maker.
