Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Just 10 minutes away from Skellefteå is our guest house, which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome but not cats due to allergies. The cottage has large windows facing the horizon and is furnished with what you need. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick spring mattress. From there, you also have a view of the pier from which brave guests usually take a dip. If you want a separate bedroom, ask! Most of the time, we can arrange it! It is wall to wall with a bed 160 cm wide.

There are 4 spring beds, dining area with chairs and sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small toilet but shower, toilet and sink are also in a separate cottage next door. We provide free bed linens and bath towels if you need them. The cottage should be left cleaned in the condition it was in when you arrived.
